The program is affordable at $100 for a 10 class punch card that is valid for 3 months. That is a tremendous value for semi-private group training with our experienced trainers who are licensed as both certified personal trainers and crossfit level 1 coaches.
WHAT IS CROSSFIT LITE?
CROSSFIT LITE IS A COMMUNITY-BASED, HIGH ENERGY, 45 MINUTE CIRCUIT SYLE CONDITIONING PROGRAM WITHOUT THE USE OF BARBELLS OR THE MORE COMPLICATED OR INTIMIDATING MOVEMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH CROSSFIT. A CROSSFIT LITE WORKOUT HAS THE SAME FOUNDATION THAT CROSSFIT USES (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement), TO CREATE A FUN AND EFFECTIVE WORKOUT, BUT IT IS SCALED DOWN FOR THOSE WISHING FOR A LIGHTER WORKOUT. WE WILL FOCUS ON THE MECHANICS OF BODY MOVEMENTS WHICH WILL BE BROKEN-DOWN, DEMONSTRATED AND DISCUSSED EACH CLASS FOR A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO GET AND STAY FIT.
